Ensuring that the right equipment is moved to the right destination is essential.

When the move commences, distinguishing between individuals' possessions becomes rather more difficult. We will use any existing information available and complete a full reveiw of the equipment to be moved.

To ensure that the particular needs of staff are met during relocation, it may be necessary to interview them. Your staff will need to feel confident that they and their possessions are being treated with care.

Our project manager will work very closely with the installation and removal teams, and also with your nominated staff to ensure that the move is smooth and effective, whilst remaining at the same time flexible and responsive to change.

We will carry out an inspection of the relocated furniture, as well as any new furniture, once the relocation has been completed. A report will be provided if needed. We will check to ensure that each item is in place and that each department is satisfied with the move.
